CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect both your time and mine, the following policies are strictly enforced: Appointment Deposits A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance of your scheduled services. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Appointment Changes Cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee. The 25% deposit will be applied toward this fee, and the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Late Arrivals Clients arriving 10 minutes late or more may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. Full service pricing may still apply.
